Description &worldprinciple:

Chopper is desityed to chop roasted peanut into different size pieces. Peanut chopper works on LDlit blanched peanut, the final products can be used for doughnut topping, ice cream topping, breadbake, sundaes, cookies, brownies, salads etc.

Chopper has two-stage chopping function, when LDlit blanched peanuts are feed into chopper via the vertical conveyor, material is chopped into coarse grain by 1st chopping device, then flow into 2nd stage chopping and become mixing granulators. With the function of vibrating sifter, the mixture will be sort into 4 uniform specifications. Generally the chopped size is divided into 5-8, 8-10, 10-12mesh, below 12mesh is powder texture.

As the peanut chopper woks on LDlit blanched peanut ,so you can use one LDlit peanut blancher to LDlit the peanut kernels.first.

Chopper touching material parts are made of stainless steel 304, driven and frame are made of carbon steel.
