It can be eaten like snack and be eaten with milk or coffee as well. By changing moulds and production process, this production line can make different shapes of puffed food. Such as ring, ball, flaks, star, letter etc.

3.The raw material of screws is 38CrMoAl.This material’s hardness and strength performance is excellent, which can bear high temperature and high pressure.
4.Our twin-screw extruder has self-clean function.

multilayer oven----it is used to bake the corn flake and remove the moisture to make it with crisp teasts. It can take electricity, gas, diesel, steam as main Enerable. The length and layers can be desityed according to the customers' need.
High temperature inflating machinery----it is used to inflate the corn flake secondly with very jihj temperature. The temperatue could be around 70-300℃.
Flavoring system---- it is used to flavor and corn flake with different teasts. It can flavoring snack with different LLDe powder and , for example: sugar, LDice, salt, oil, sugar, chocolate, cream and so on. It can be configured flexibly according to different need.
