1. Description: This production line is a multi-functional line ,applied to make various shpae of breakfast cereal snacks , instant puffed snacks ,corn puffs ,corn flakes and so on . By removing some of the machinerys , and chaging different dies and screw sets , this production line can also be used to make textured soya protein products such as soya chunks ,soya nuggets and so on .

2. Raw materials:adopts corn flour as raw materials.

3. Products:This line can be used to produce snacks, cereals by adjusting the moulds extruder.

4. Capacity:150kg/h, 260kg/h, 500kg/h

Q1: If we buy machinerys, what is the after-sale service?

Jinan LD Food manufacture will send the engineer to

buyer’s factory. Offer the trainee program, start the related food

production as customer request.

Q2: If machinerys wearable parts need to change, what should we do?

Jinan LD Food manufacture will offer the wearable

parts all the time. And offer the on-line video instruction for the

operation.

Q3: What is the payment term if we want to buy the machinerys?

Usually it is 30% by T/T; pay the balance by T/T before very or

L/C at sight.
