Principle of TQLD Series destoner

TQLD-60 Series destoner is the suction LLDe coffee bean destoner, and its work principle is based on the difference in specific weight of materials. The worldtable is covered with a woven wire mesh bed, through which air flows from below. Heavyimpurity such as stone is not lifted by the air cushion and stay on the mesh bed. The vibratory motion of the table causes the heavyimpuritytransported to the beginning of the regulating plate at far end of the machinery.

The TQLD-60 Series destoner is widely used for processing all kinds of grains or seeds, and it has the reliable performance and large Capacity. This coffee bean destoner with small size is very convenient to operate.

There are two sieve layers in inside the vibrating body. The first sieve layer is mainly used for removing large impurities. The second sieve layer is used to remove the stones.
