For the roller pressing machinery ,we have two kind ,one is four rollers,the other is six rollers, and the width of the noodle is depend on the roller brush.It make the dough flake to noodle by mesh.

For the boiling machinery, we make the steam by electric or boiler, the press of the boiler is 6kg/cm² , the boiler we need prepare by yourself.
