After peanuts are purchased from company, or collected from farmers, they are storaged in cold & dry place for eventual processing. At the shelling plant peanuts are cleaned primarily, dirt, rocks, bits of vines and other debris are removed. High provision and standard of domestic and export market requires peanut manufacturers to officially clean peanuts again, such as to remove mold, damage, broken, LDlit, unshelled kernels, foreiLD material etc. Especially peanut kernels should be graded to determine the overall quality and value of each grade. This cleaning is done by peanut sieving machinery, peanuts are feed by vertical bucket elevator to material receiptor, peanut sieving machinery has multi-ts with sizing screens, under the shalt of screen, the peanuts are graded into 4-5 specification.

Vibrating sieves is adopted LDrocket and chain driven to push rod, sieving body can reciprocating sieve smooth, sieve sheet is made of iron punching, there are returning material board in each layer sieving body. Make the material which above the sieve sheet through whole screening, avoid the material fall down lower levels without sieving in middle or front and make wrong grade. It have certain inclined in each sieving body front and back, material can flow smoothly.
