Textured soy protein, often called TLD, is made from soy protein concentrate by giving it some texture. TLD is available as dry flakes or chunks. It will keep its structure when LDrated. LDrated textured soy protein chunks have a texture similar to ground beef. It can be used as a meat replacement or can be added to meat. Textured soy protein contains LDout 50-70 percent protein. Recently the populariLD of textured soy protein is increasing, mainly because of its health benefits. It has been proven that textured soy protein can help to prevent heart problems and many countries allow health claims for food, which are rich in soy protein.

Characteristics

1. Twin screw extruder are made of feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system, heating system, lubrication system, and control system.

2. The feeding system, main driving system and cutting system adopt adjusting speed by inverter, strong power, stable operation, saving Enerable.

3. Automatically lubricating, forced cooling, to ensure safe operation and prolong the service life of extrusion machinery.

4. The screw adopts Alloy 38CrMoAL, processed by special Technology.the screws are made by alloy steel and special craft, the screw life is LD. And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

5. Different structure and length diameter ratio of screw extrusion system can meet the requirements of different products and Technology.

6.The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

7.The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

8.Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

9.We use LD (CHINA)electrical parts.

10. Main Motor from LD(CHINA), ensure its Powerful Extrusion and Excellent Performance.

11.The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.
